Privacy and personal data

A plain account of what happens to your data on bcrm.md. We follow Law No. 195/2024 on personal data protection of the Republic of Moldova and, for people in the European Union, Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

1. Who is responsible

The controller is SERVICII AMPLE S.R.L., IDNO 1016605002030, str. Voluntarilor 13, s. Străisteni, mun. Chișinău, Republic of Moldova, the company behind the bCRM brand. For any data question: denis@bcrm.md or +373 69 569 444.

2. What reaches us

• Through the contact form: your name, email, phone, company, the topic you are interested in and your message. Phone and company are optional.
• Along with the form: your IP address and country, as determined by Cloudflare, plus the language of the page you wrote from.
• In technical logs: IP address, browser and requested pages, recorded automatically when the site is accessed.

3. What we use it for

• Replying to you and preparing a quote. Basis: steps you ask for ahead of signing a contract.
• Delivering the contract, if you become a client. Basis: performance of the contract.
• Keeping accounting records. Basis: legal obligation.
• Protecting the site and form against abuse and spam. Basis: our legitimate interest.

4. Who else sees it

• Cloudflare: site hosting and security, including the function that receives the form.
• Resend: passes the form content on to our email address.
• BunnyWay d.o.o. (Bunny Fonts): serves the fonts and receives the visitor's IP address to do so.

Public authorities receive data only when the law requires it.

5. Transfers to other countries

These providers may also handle data outside the Republic of Moldova, for example in the European Union or the United States. In those cases we rely on appropriate safeguards, namely standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep it

• Technical logs: 6 months at most.
• Form messages: 12 months, unless you become a client.
• Accounting documents: as long as the law requires.

7. What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We make no automated decisions affecting you and we do not build a profile of you.

8. Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold on you and get a copy, have it corrected or erased, or have its processing limited. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest and request data portability. Where processing rests on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

9. Where to complain

The competent authority in the Republic of Moldova is the National Center for Personal Data Protection (Centrul Național pentru Protecția Datelor cu Caracter Personal), datepersonale.md. People in the European Union may also turn to the authority in their own country.
